What is different?

International experience: Know-how from over 400 transactions in 13 countries on three continents.
Forensic expertise: Many years of experience in the analysis, processing and enforcement of commercial law disputes.
Efficient structures: No bureaucracy or inefficiencies of a large law firm.
Personal support: No delegation to junior lawyers - every mandate is handled directly by me. If external specialist knowledge is required, I will involve it with your consent.
Exclusive acceptance of mandates: quality before quantity - I deliberately limit the number of mandates to ensure maximum availability.
Efficiency: I don't compete on price, but experience and strategic precision often reduce the time required considerably.
Absolute discretion: Confidentiality is of fundamental importance to me and, unlike sometimes with large law firms, can also be guaranteed.
Trust-based collaboration: I work on the basis of trust.
Technic/Artificial Intelligence
I always work with the latest technology, not only because of my clients, but also because of my own interests. I have been working paperless for decades and use tools with artificial intelligence by means of a local, data protection‒compliant solution.

This enables me to efficiently analyze large amounts of data, e.g. in data rooms. Developments in this area are progressing very quickly and I will continue to modernize my internal equipment in order to always have the best possible tools in use.
Let's talk about your project.
